This top floor Penthouse Queen studio welcomes you with the hand carved Honduran wood doors adorning every room unique to each themed floor. Upon entering this 500 sq ft unit you are greeted with ceramic wood-like tile floors which lead into a generous sized bathroom. Spacious cement countertops with handmade vanities compliment the light stoned tile in the showers. To indulge, plush linens and a chair height toilet with a bidet are a part of the amenities included. Decadent cherry hardwood floors lead into the bedroom to a queen size memory foam mattress located just below a window to allow the sun to rejuvenate you as you gaze at the palm leaves through the window. The kitchen has full-sized stainless-steel appliances with a six-burner gas stove and oven, cement glazed countertops, handmade cabinets complimenting the nice neutral stone backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with all your daily essentials to prepare your next meal. For added comfort a leather pull-down couch to relax on during your downtime with your large flat screen tv. Next to the tv, shelving to store your belongings which includes a safe for valuables. And to keep you cool on those extra warm days, we have ultramodern, mini split air conditioning. When you go through the tri fold sliding doors and soak up the islands beauty, it lands you to a stunning, screened in balcony keeping the bugs away with a ceiling fan to keep cool while you relax in the hanging chair. Instant-on energy saving capabilities for all the utilities which includes the AC with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.

Our Eco Friendly Non-Smoking Resort With US cash make sure it has no rips or tears in it they won’t accept it here. Most places now take credit cards or US cash so no need to exchange. Please no baby wipes flushable or non flushable wipes to be disposed of in our septic system or toilets. Ok so a couple of things to make your stay better, we have imported almost everything to make this an Eco resort to save the island resources of WATER and ELECTRICITY! We ask you to hang up your towels and use for multiple days if possible (propane/diesel are shipped here which runs energy cost high). The Average American uses 160 gallons of water a day (we have the highest efficiency water use devices but here almost twice as much water usage) so a family of 4 used about $15/day in water! Look to conserve water wherever possible. Things to think about bring are hair products, shampoos etc are expensive here so bring your specialities with you. No hair dryer for Eco purposes, so if you want one please pack it. Light rain jacket temps will be 75-88*, most people stop with the shuttle at the grocery store (piggly wiggly type) get the breakfast and lunch type items, snacks and beverages (Eldon’s has everything from low test to high test beverages). Spices are not provided here due to humidity (salt, pepper etc.) Most people go out for our night life and great dinners, and bring a couple of bottles of bug spray! We sale at $10 what works best here. Rental car is not recommended due to driving (island drivers) and parking challenges everywhere. There is a parking fee for rental cars. Water taxi, private shuttles are arranged by staff and everything is within walking distance from the property. Don’t over pack clothes, shorts, T-shirts, light shirts (beach attire, no shirt, no shoes, no problem here). Have irons but seriously this is the island and no one cares. Any soaps for showers you like, I have what I get here. I have 12 cup coffee makers and blenders so extra ice from grocery is good if you like frozen drinks, 1 or two gallons of water from the grocery stop there 5 gallon dispenser in the kitchen. Beach towels if you have them, I have a few but they are nothing special Speciality services include a Swedish massage and yoga therapist that comes to the property for you. Dr. Molina comes to the property if needed for anything medical. Private chef available for booking (4 week advanced reservations needed).
